入社以来40年にわたり、日米の最前線で最先端の半導体製造装置開発に第一人者として従事してきた塚本雄二氏。
長年グリーンテクノロジーと製造プロセスの進化を見つめ続けてきた同氏をお迎えし、いま半導体業界が直面している「環境負荷低減」への取り組みと、その裏にある技術的課題について語っていただきます。
Mr. Tsukamoto Yuji has spent over 40 years at the forefront of the industry in Japan and the U.S., serving as a leading authority in the development of cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Having closely observed the evolution of green technologies and manufacturing processes throughout his career, he will discuss the semiconductor industry’s ongoing efforts to reduce its environmental impact, as well as the technical challenges behind these initiatives.
