【募集】令和8年度春季募集「次世代研究者挑戦的研究プログラム」（FL-SPRING）&「次世代 AI 人材育成プログラム」(FL-BOOST)　2026/3/13更新

「次世代研究者挑戦的研究プログラム（以下、FL-SPRING）」は、本学が国立開発研究法人科学技術振興機構（以下、JST）の採択を受け、本学の博士課程学生に対し、研究奨励費及び研究費等を支給することで研究に専念できる環境を提供し、アントレプレナーシップ・プログラムを提供することで多様な視点による新しい研究領域を開拓できるように支援し、学生が独創的な尖端研究力を培い、世界に貢献する理系イノベーションリーダーを育成するものです。

　同様に、「次世代AI人材育成プログラム（以下、FL-BOOST）」は、本学がJSTの採択を受け、本学の博士課程学生に対し、研究奨励費及び研究費を支給することで、自由な発想をもって挑戦的に次世代 AI 分野の研究開発を実施できる機会を提供することで、「高度な専門性」と「学際的な視点」を持ち、最新の「AI・数理・データサイエンス技術」の開発・応用・実践を担うグローバルな次世代AI博士人材を育成するものです。

　FL-SPRING及びFL-BOOSTは、未来価値創造研究教育特区（以下、FL）において、21世紀の人類が直面している地球規模の課題を解決し、持続可能な開発目標（SDGs）の達成にも寄与できるよう、農学と工学の横断的な視野を持ち、その他の研究分野と連携して研究・技術開発を牽引する人材育成を目的に運営を行っています。

本事業に採択された博士後期課程学生は、理系高度イノベーションリーダーを目指していただくために、教育プログラムの受講や海外留学等、FLOuRISHフェロー学生として果たさなければならない義務が生じます。本事業で育成する人材像と、果たすべき義務について理解したうえで申請をしてください。

The “Support for Pioneering Research Initiated by the Next Generation Program (hereinafter, FL-SPRING)” is a program for which our university has been selected by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST). By providing doctoral students with research incentives and research funds, the program offers an environment where they can devote themselves to their research. In addition, by providing an entrepreneurship program, it supports the development of new research fields from diverse perspectives, enabling students to cultivate original and cutting-edge research capabilities and become science-based innovation leaders who can contribute to the world.
Similarly, the “Next-Generation AI Human Resource Development Program (hereinafter, FL-BOOST)” is a program for which our university has also been selected by JST. By providing research incentives and research funds to doctoral students, the program offers opportunities for them to freely engage in challenging research and development in next-generation AI fields. Through this, the program aims to cultivate global next-generation AI PhD talent equipped with “high-level expertise,” “interdisciplinary perspectives,” and the ability to develop, apply, and implement the latest “AI, mathematical, and data science technologies.”
Both FL-SPRING and FL-BOOST are operated within the FLOuRISH (hereinafter, FL). Their purpose is to cultivate individuals who can lead research and technological development with a cross-disciplinary viewpoint spanning agriculture and engineering, working collaboratively with other academic fields to address global-scale challenges faced by humanity in the 21st century and contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Doctoral students selected for these programs will assume certain obligations as FLOuRISH Fellows, such as participating in educational programs and studying abroad, in order to become advanced innovation leaders in the sciences. Please apply only after fully understanding the qualities of the human resources these programs aim to cultivate and the obligations that Fellows are required to fulfill.

Individuals not meeting these criteria who wish to attend should contact us via the inquiry form on our website.

●Notification of Selection: Beginning of May, 2026

●Orientation for Selected Students: May 15, 2026 ※Selected students are required to attend the orientation.
